CCS Surfaces is the Cambridge workshop of Dave and Marvin, master carpenters and surface specialists who believe a worktop should be fitted by the same hands that made it. From family kitchens to commercial towers, that belief shapes every job we take on.
Most surface companies either make or fit. We do both, and we think that’s the whole point. Because carpentry and surface fabrication live under one roof, units are aligned before templates are taken, joinery is planned around the material, and the person machining your worktop knows exactly where it’s going and why.
That approach has carried us from private homes across Cambridge and the surrounding villages to student accommodation at Christ’s College and commercial installations at Tower 42 in London, the same two-man standard, whatever the scale.

Dave leads the joinery side of the business: the precise groundwork of units, framing, boxing and panelling that decides whether a finished surface sits perfectly or merely sits. His rule is simple: get the foundations true and everything above them follows.
