Developed by DuPont, Corian can be shaped, thermoformed and joined with no visible seams: worktop flowing into upstand, upstand into integrated sink, with nowhere for dirt or water to hide. It’s non-porous, hygienic and renewable: small scratches simply sand out rather than becoming permanent residents. With hundreds of colours from clean whites to deep stone-inspired veining, there’s a Corian for almost any scheme.
Our approach
We’ve fabricated and fitted Corian for many years, offering the full service from material advice and templating to installation and aftercare. Already have Corian that needs repair or modification? Our maintenance team can usually make damage all but invisible.

Colours & Finishes
The Corian palette
The full Corian palette runs to well over a hundred colours. Below are the families we fabricate most often, including colours you can see as real pieces in our off cuts shop.
Whites
Softs & Neutrals
Statement
Matte
The standard finish for worktops: a soft, even sheen that hides everyday wear and is easiest to live with.
Satin
A step more lustre, popular for splashbacks, vanities and feature areas that catch the light.
Polished
A deeper shine for statement pieces. Beautiful, but shows marks sooner, so we advise where it suits.
Screen colours are a guide only. We always confirm your choice against physical samples before anything is fabricated.
Corian is a registered trademark of the DuPont group. CCS Surfaces fabricates and installs genuine Corian solid surface.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the things we get asked most. If your question isn’t covered here, we’re a phone call away.
Corian is the original acrylic solid surface, developed by DuPont. It's solid material throughout, can be shaped and thermoformed, and joins with no visible seams, which is why it's been a favourite for kitchens and commercial interiors for decades.
Corian is warmer to the touch, joins invisibly, and can be curved and shaped in ways stone can't. Stone is harder-wearing against scratches and heat; Corian is repairable and seamless. We'll help you weigh up which suits your project.
Yes, Corian sections are bonded and finished so a long run of worktop, an upstand or a wrapped island reads as one continuous piece. It's one of the material's defining features.
In most cases, yes. Because the colour runs all the way through, light scratches and marks can be sanded and polished out: the surface is renewable rather than disposable.
It handles everyday warmth, but hot pans should always go on a trivet. Direct prolonged heat can damage any solid surface. It's a simple habit that keeps the worktop perfect for years.
Yes, it's non-porous with seamless joints, so there's nowhere for dirt or bacteria to collect. That's why you'll find it in healthcare and food-service environments as well as homes.
Hundreds, from pure whites and soft neutrals to deep, veined stone-inspired designs. Whatever your scheme, there will almost certainly be a Corian to match it.
Yes, integrated bowls are one of the most popular details we fabricate, bonded seamlessly into the worktop, with drainer grooves machined in if you want them.
Usually, yes. Our team repairs, restores and modifies existing Corian installations, from filling damage to re-machining for a new hob or sink, often making the change invisible.
Kitchens and bathrooms are the classics, but it also excels as reception desks, commercial counters, wall cladding and feature panels: anywhere a seamless, premium finish earns its keep.
