Surface Repairs & Refurbishment
Chips, scratches, burns and stains don’t have to mean a new worktop. Our repair team restores quartz and solid surfaces to their original finish, often invisibly, extending the life of the surface at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Repairs that disappear
Everyday use leaves its mark: a dropped pan, a hot dish, a deep scratch. We repair damage in place, colour-matching and refinishing so the repair blends seamlessly into the surrounding surface.
We work across quartz, solid surface and other worktop materials, and we’ll always tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement is the smarter option.
How we work
Send us the damage
A photo and rough dimensions are usually enough for us to say whether a repair is realistic and what it's likely to involve.
Honest assessment
We tell you straight whether repair or replacement is the smarter option. Most chips, scratches and burns in solid surface are very repairable.
The repair
We repair in place: filling, bonding, colour-matching and refinishing so the repaired area blends into the surrounding surface, often invisibly.
Finished & protected
The surface is polished back to its intended finish and you get care advice to help avoid a repeat. Many repairs are completed in a single visit.
The practical, cost-effective choice
Refurbishing an existing surface keeps disruption to a minimum: no strip-out, no long lead times, no waste. For homes it means a refreshed kitchen in hours rather than days; for businesses it means staying open while the work happens.

Free repair assessment
Show us the damage and we will tell you if it can disappear
Snap a couple of photos on your phone and our repair team will come back with an honest verdict and a clear price. Most assessments need no site visit at all.
Photograph the damage
One close up and one from further back, so we can see the surface in context.
Add rough sizes
A coin or tape measure in shot helps us judge the scale straight away.
Get an honest verdict
Repair, refinish or replace: a clear recommendation and a clear price either way.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the things we get asked most. If your question isn’t covered here, we’re a phone call away.
Chips, scratches, burns, stains, impact damage and holes left by tap or appliance changes. Solid surface repairs are our speciality, and we work on quartz and other materials too.
On solid surface, usually not: material is bonded in, colour-matched and refinished so the repair blends with the surrounding area. One customer described a filled hole as 'like magic'. On other materials we'll tell you honestly what finish to expect.
Very often, yes. A repair costs a fraction of a new worktop, avoids days of disruption and keeps good material out of a skip. When replacement genuinely is the better option, we'll say so.
Chips and small areas of damage can often be filled and polished. Quartz behaves differently to solid surface, so we'll assess the damage first and be straight with you about the likely result.
Many repairs are completed in a single visit. Once we've seen a photo of the damage we'll confirm what's involved and how long we'll need on site.
Yes, this is one of our most common repairs. The hole is filled with matched material and refinished so the surface reads as one continuous piece again.
Yes. Whoever fitted the surface originally, we're happy to look at it. Send a photo and we'll tell you what's possible.
Laminate is harder to repair invisibly than solid surface because it's a thin decorative layer over a core. Small chips can sometimes be filled; where repair isn't sensible we'll advise on replacement options, including our Deralam range.
It depends entirely on the damage and the material, so we quote per job, free and without obligation. Send a photo with rough dimensions and we'll come back to you quickly.
A properly refinished solid surface repair performs like the rest of the worktop: same material, same finish. We'll give you care advice to keep the whole surface looking its best.
