If you buy from us online as a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us by phone or email within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Off cuts are sold as single, unique pieces. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused, uncut, unmodified and in the condition in which they were supplied. Please check the listed dimensions carefully before ordering, as sizes are as stated on each listing.

Items can be returned to our workshop at Unit 8, Randswood Farm, The Common, West Wratting, Cambridge, CB21 5LR, or we can discuss arranging collection. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the cost of returning it is your responsibility.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return costs.

The cancellation rights above apply to consumers. If you purchase as a business, returns are at our discretion. Talk to us and we will always try to find a fair outcome.
