Products
Items in the Off Cuts Shop are single, unique pieces of surface material sold as described on each listing, with dimensions as stated. Photographs are of the actual piece wherever possible, but colours may render differently on different screens.
Ordering and payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider, Stripe, which handles your card details securely. We do not see or store your card information. Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when we confirm your order after payment.
If an item is unavailable for any reason, for example if it has been sold or damaged before your order could be fulfilled, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling as shown at checkout. We may change listed prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery and collection
Orders are collected from our workshop or delivered by arrangement. See our Delivery & Collection policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or delivery.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel online orders, and goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Full details, including how to return an item, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
