You are welcome to collect your piece from our workshop at Unit 8, Randswood Farm, The Common, West Wratting, Cambridge, CB21 5LR. We will contact you once your order is ready and agree a convenient time.

Please bring a suitable vehicle and, for larger pieces, an extra pair of hands. We will help you load safely.

We can usually arrange delivery, priced individually based on the size and weight of the piece and your location. Contact us before or after ordering and we will give you a clear delivery quote with no obligation.

Please check your piece at collection or on delivery. If anything is damaged or not as expected, tell us straight away and we will put it right, see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
